      * Per review feedback, rename the nav2_controller to be nav2_lifecycle_manager
      
      To avoid confusion with low-level controllers, be more explicit in the name.

      * Fixing time delays. Duration object takes nanoseconds, not seconds
      
      * Fixing DWB. It runs and almost follows a path.
      
      No pose seems to be available, so it just publishes zero velocity.
